Life was meant to be like this. Days were sunny and the views are brilliant. Other guests were friendly and we all had a great time chilling about the place. The lodge owner organised a two day trek for a few of us out to a place called Australia Camp. Funny name, but apparently it is where Ozzy trekkers used to camp. That was brilliant too. Good value guys.

I travelled to Nepal for a quick vacation (7-days) from Qatar where I work. I flew to Pokhara and hiked up to Sarangkot

When I arrived at Mountain Prince I felt at home immediately. I stayed in the lodge for most of my stay in Sarangkot. It was all good. No regrets.

I booked online wondering how could a Himalayan mountain lodge manage online bookings but they did. No problems at all. The lodge itself was as good as I hoped. Sarangkot is really worth the effort. If I had stayed in the city I would have missed out. I will be back maybe in 2010 or 2011 and I will stay at the Himalayan Mountain Prince again.
